We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, device information, and general usage data, through standard website technologies (cookies and similar tools used by our website platform, WordPress/Elementor, and by embedded services such as Google Fonts).

  1. Information Collected Through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

Meta also processes data as part of running and measuring our advertising, in accordance with Meta’s own data policy, which governs how it handles data on its platforms. We are responsible for how we use the lead information once we receive it, as described in this policy.

  • Staff and practitioners at GlowMed involved in your care
  • Service providers who help us operate our website, forms, and communications (for example, our website/hosting provider and form software)
  • Meta, in connection with lead ads and advertising analytics, as described above

Note: the DPDP Act and Rules are being brought into force in phases (notified November 2025, with obligations phasing in through 2026 and 2027), so some formal mechanisms, such as a registered Consent Manager framework, are still being operationalised nationally. We will update this section as the framework matures.
